Inventions! They're everywhere , from your home to your school and shopping centers. But , there's one invention that really catches my eye . The world's cheapest car by Tata Nano. It only costs $2467 , way cheaper than the average vehicle . Now this car would benefit many people who can't afford a normal vehicle , and at the same time , would bring a new revolution to the world of transportation. I feel that Tata Nano has done a good job in creating this new car . Normally , when new vehicles are built , they are mostly focused on the wealthy and the middle-classed ones are always neglected. This vehicle would provide easy and convenient way of transport , rather than riding bicycles from place to place.
Tata looks to accomplish the same thing Nicholas Negroponte did with the $100 laptop. Tata Nano has truly provided the public with cheap and affordable inventions regardless of their economic background. I really hope that they would continue with this line of work and give everyone a fair chance of making a living. What are your views?

Old but Gold

ladies and gentlemen, now , i would like to comment about my feelings of re-employment of retired older workers. Many companies around Singapore do not hire older retired workers due to the fact that they feel older workers are weaker and have less energy to do certain work. However, i feel that older retired workers have more experience and may be a big help to companies. I would like to focus my attention on chairmen who have a bad attitude towards hiring retired older workers. they do not understand that some of these older workers may need a job to earn a some money so that they would be able buy necessities for themselves , or some who need the money to support their family at such an old age.

I am happy to say that there is a new programme called "advantage" which would benefit these retired old workers. Companies can apply for "advantage" and will be given a sum of money to be used as salary for the retired old workers. Some jobs would also be made easier for retired older workers.

So my question to you is this , if you were a chairman , would you apply for advantage?

School life has been going well so far , i guess . New school , new rules and new friends . I really hope i would be able to cope with my homework , there are just so many thing to remember! We have to do many projects ! Not only that , but we have to do community involvement too . It's a really big jump from the the very laid back primary school life. We really have to be more independent now, we are no more primary school kids where our teacher would always guide us and lecture us. We are now exposed to a wider area of knowledge , where we would discover new and interesting facts which would further enhance our education. The world in now our classroom. Of course during these feew years , we would face many challenges , but we must always persevere and strive for more.

I really hope that after these few years of learning , i would develop into a true gentlemen , with strong leadership skills. I want to be more than a leader , i want to be an ambassador. I want to make an impact to the my country, maybe even the world, to be a true leader.
